Edit PHI- Query Existing Patient Information

Step 1: Search for patient data stored in available source.

Step 2: Choose patient.

Step 3: Click on patient.

• View studies attached to selected PHI.
• PHI information of the selected patient will automatically be entered in the series PHI.

Step 4: Click to save information.

• Click CANCEL to exit Edit PHI screen without saving.
